The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) Air Protection Branch invites you to its second Georgia Air Policy Symposium (GAPS) on August 4, 2009. The goal of this symposium is to provide a forum for the EPD, scientific community, and policy analysts to discuss ongoing efforts addressing air pollution in Georgia, to facilitate collaboration, leverage the use of Georgia-focused data and analysis, and provide input to develop effective pollution management strategies. Topics of interest include air quality, emissions modeling, health effects, and climate change/sustainability.
